The 82 acre farm grows and produces approximately 400 tons of alfalfa hay which is sold to local dairies and cattle operations. About 20 acres of the 82 acre farm is devoted to pasture and corrals for cattle and the winery vineyard.
The Snyder Family also raise approximately 50,000 pounds of rainbow trout annually which are sold to local processing plants. Buhl is the #1 producer of trout in the world with over 60% of the worlds production coming from the Magic Valley Area.
