The winery and our vineyards are located in the southern most area of the Snake River Valley. Our vineyard is one of the highest elevations in North America. Warm days, cool nights, natural spring water and rich volcanic soils are ideal for growing fine grapes. We use natural farming methods and reduce yields to bring us the quality we require. Good wine is "made in the vineyards" as the saying goes. We also purchase grapes from a select group of vineyards that assure the quality we demand.
Currently, the vineyard is planted with Reisling, Syrah, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc and produces about 20 tons of grapes annually.
